New Luxury Apartment Community from Trinsic Residential Group Breaks Ground in Uptown Dallas Neighborhood

DALLAS – December 3, 2014 – Trinsic Residential Group (“Trinsic”) has broken ground on a luxury apartment community called Aura Uptown in the popular Uptown Dallas district. The project is located at the intersection of Fitzhugh and McKinney Avenue. When completed, the 1.8-acre development will offer 183 one- and two-bedroom apartments and seven two-bedroom townhomes for a total of 190 units in a seven-story building with podium-style parking garage.

Work Underway on Trinsic Residential Group’s Aura 33Hundred Apartment Project in Austin, TX

DALLAS – August 19, 2014 – Trinsic Residential Group (“Trinsic”) announced that work is underway on a 348-unit garden-style rental community in the northwest region of Austin, TX. The 14.6-acre site is situated on the frontage of State Highway Loop 1 (referred to as “MoPac”) and Wells Branch Parkway. Called Aura 33Hundred, the community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

“Some of the largest companies in the area have their headquarters north of downtown,” said Vince Spencer, managing director for Trinsic. “We chose this site for Aura 33Hundred because we believe the development will help meet the fast-growing demand for luxury multifamily housing here. Rental Project Moves Forward

July 10–A new apartment development firm funded by Dallas’ Hunt Realty Investments is planning to build a big rental community near the medical district.

Trinsic Residential Group has contracted to purchase more than 10 acres on Denton Drive off Maple Avenue.

The vacant property is just a few blocks from the new Parkland Memorial Hospital under construction on Medical District Drive.

Trinsic Residential has made filings with the city of Dallas to combine all the properties it is buying along Fairmount Street, Kings Road and Minert Street.

The land was formerly the site of several old apartment buildings that were torn down a few years ago.
