Chairman and CEO
Brian Tusa
Brian Tusa is one of the Trinsic founders serves as the Chairman and CEO. He directs the investment and growth strategy for the company, as well as its development and acquisition activities.
With more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brian has been involved in more than $1.6 billion in development, acquisition and financing of institutional quality multifamily properties. He has helped drive Trinsic’s growth to 4,000+ units in various stages of production.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Brian was the Managing Director for Alliance Residential, overseeing the development and acquisition for North Texas. He also served as the Portfolio Manager for Alliance Residential Fund I, a $200 million multifamily investment fund, from 2008 – 2010.
Brian holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, he was a licensed CPA. He is actively involved in several charities in the Dallas area.

Steve Reynolds
Steve Reynolds joined Trinsic in 2017 as President and is involved in many facets of the business including investment management, capital markets, platform growth opportunities and sourcing new development opportunities.
Steve is a senior level real estate executive that has more than 25 years of industry experience. He has proven capabilities in financial reporting and analysis, portfolio administration, due diligence, acquisitions, underwriting, loan processing, leasing, and asset and property management. During his career he has acquired in excess of $2 billion of commercial real estate properties, managed a portfolio in excess of $1 billion in equity investments for Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall funds, and asset managed more than $1.5 billion in commercial real estate debt, workout and equity transactions.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Steve was Managing Director of Acquisitions for Transwestern Investment Group overseeing the firm’s acquisition activities including investment strategy, sourcing, due diligence and market/asset selection. Before joining TIG, Steve was Senior Vice President and Director of Acquisitions for Hunt Realty Investments where he was responsible for leading the development and implementation of all new business activities. In this capacity he played a key role in the formation of an investment partnership with the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Within this venture he was responsible for sourcing and managing the successful launch of four operating platforms, one of which is Trinsic. Combined, these platforms were responsible for developing more than 6,000 multifamily and senior living units and industrial and retail developments containing 6.3 million square feet representing more than $1.5 billion in gross asset value.
Steve received his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He is a member of The Real Estate Council and NAIOP.
Chief Operating Officer
Joe Barrett
Joe Barrett is one of the Trinsic founders and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He oversees operations and asset management and assists in sourcing new business opportunities.
Joe has spent more than 25 years in the real estate industry and has been involved in every facet of multifamily development activity.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Joe served as the COO of Commercial Real Estate Investments for Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company, Managing Partner of North American Properties and its predecessor Ewing Properties, and Chief Financial Officer of Lincoln Property Company.
Joe holds a B.A. in Economics from Austin College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Adam Brown
Adam Brown joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2011 as one of the company’s original development partners and currently leads the firm’s development and construction activities nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Adam brings extensive expertise in multifamily development, acquisitions, and project execution.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Adam held development leadership roles with Greystar Real Estate Partners and Alliance Residential Company, where he was involved in the development of more than 4,000 multifamily units representing over $400 million in total market capitalization.
During his tenure at Trinsic, Adam has played a key role in the development of more than 13,000 units with an aggregate market capitalization of approximately $2.5 billion. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company’s development platform and delivering high-quality multifamily communities across multiple markets.
Adam earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University and an M.S. in Land Development from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of The Real Estate Council and is a 2011 graduate of the organization’s Associate Leadership Council program.
Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets
Tim Jordan
Tim Jordan is a Senior Managing Director and oversees all capital markets activities for Trinsic Residential. In this role, he sources and structures equity and debt transactions for the company.
Tim has been involved in commercial real estate for over 30 years.
Before Trinsic Residential, Tim joined JLL as a Managing Director in September 2013, where he served as the Capital Markets Lead for the South-Central Region and capitalized a wide range of asset types, including data centers, office, hotel, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily properties.
Earlier, he spent over 20 years as a Senior Managing Director in HFF’s Dallas office, completing capitalizations across multifamily, office, data centers, industrial, retail, hotel, and CTL properties.
Portfolio Manager
Christian Metten
Christian Metten joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2026 as Portfolio Manager. Christian leads the firm’s relationships with key investment partners and is responsible for all communications and strategic initiatives. He currently sits on the Board of TRG Holdings, LLC and has a key role in the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Christian held numerous leadership roles over his 22+ years with L&B Realty Advisors, offering real estate investment management services to institutional investors. Those roles included Portfolio & Fund Management, Acquisitions and Asset Management. He sat on both the Management Committee and Investment Committee at L&B.
Christian earned is B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and has been a guest-lecturer at his alma mater and at SMU. He is active within the philanthropic community in Dallas and is an active member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas; a 100-year-old non-profit focused on providing social & emotional education and therapy to at-risk youth and families in Dallas.

Kristen Wolf
Kristen Wolf joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2022 as Director of Asset Management for the Central Region, overseeing operations across Texas and Colorado. She manages third-party property management relationships and drives financial and operational performance initiatives designed to maximize asset value across the portfolio. Kristen leads asset management efforts for both lease-up and stabilized multifamily communities and works closely with development partners on underwriting, budgeting, design coordination, and project execution. She also plays an integral role in maintaining and strengthening strategic partner relationships.
With more than 29 years of multifamily industry experience, Kristen has developed extensive expertise in Class A multifamily lease-ups and operations. Prior to joining Trinsic, she served as Vice President of Operations at Avenue5 Residential, oversaw a portfolio of more than 26 properties totaling 8,000 units throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets. Her experience includes lease-up strategy and execution, revenue optimization, disposition management, underwriting, and overseeing the full life cycle of new-construction multifamily communities.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University. She is a member of the Houston Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.

Michele Butler joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2025 as Director of Asset Management overseeing the Mid-Atlantic, Florida and Southwest regions.
Michele is an experienced and industry-recognized multi-family housing operator specializing in collaborating with institutional clients and producing financial performance results. She has diverse experience with Class A to C in both garden, mid-rise structures, stabilized assets, high-end lease ups and renovation programs.
Michele holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with a minor in Marketing from Tarleton State University (Texas A&M System). She holds a Texas Real Estate License. She is a former Dallas Apartment Association board member.

Connor Osburn
Connor Osburn joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2022 and oversees the company’s development and acquisition activities in North Texas.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Connor worked at Phoenix Capital Holdings where he invested joint venture equity with multifamily developers across the country. Previously, Connor led acquisitions at Jefferson Apartment Group in Washington, DC where he sourced, capitalized, and closed multifamily investments in east coast markets. Connor began his career at 29th Street Capital in Chicago, IL acquiring value-add multifamily.
Connor received a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Kenny Hammons
Kenny Hammons joined Trinsic in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing all construction activities in the Texas Region.
As a member of Trinsic’s construction team, Kenny has been instrumental in assembling and managing the Texas field staff while also serving as a construction resource for the development team.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Kenny worked for Northwest Construction, BBL Builders and ICI Construction, accumulating 28 years of experience in the multifamily industry. During this span, he performed varying roles, including the construction of over 10,000 units with a combined value of approximately $1 billion.
Kenny has served as a board member for the Multifamily Builder’s Council since 2016. He received his education from Northeast Missouri State University located in Kirksville, MO.

Managing Director - Colorado Region
Allison Jones
Allison Jones joined Trinsic in the Pacific Northwest where she was involved in the sourcing, underwriting, entitling, construction and disposition of several ground-up multifamily projects in the Seattle and Portland MSA’s. A native of Colorado, Allison recently relocated to Denver and is now focused on building value for Trinsic’s partners by delivering high-quality, suburban and urban projects in the greater Denver metro area.
Allison received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and later earned her graduate degree from the University of Texas McCombs MBA program. Allison is a member of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center, the University of Colorado Real Estate Center, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Chad Bradshaw
Chad Bradshaw joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2022 as the Managing Director of Florida, with oversight of the company’s development and acquisition investment activities throughout Florida.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Chad was a partner at The Retail Connection within its investment division, where he developed ground up assets and redeveloped and acquired income-in-place retail, entertainment and mixed-use assets. During his time with Retail Connection, Chad directed, lead or partnered in over five million square feet of asset investments with a total market capitalization in excess of $1.7 billion.
Chad earned dual B.S.B.A. degrees in Finance and Real Estate and a minor in Economics from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. He holds a Texas Real Estate license and is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council.

Managing Director - Mid-Atlantic Region
John Begert
John Begert is the Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region at Trinsic Residential Group, bringing over 24 years of experience in the multifamily industry across the Washington, DC metro area. He specializes in identifying and executing multifamily residential and mixed-use acquisition and development opportunities.
John joined Trinsic in February 2025, following a distinguished 13-year tenure as Principal at MRP Realty in Washington, DC. At MRP, he played a pivotal role in acquiring, entitling, developing, constructing, and managing assets totaling over 4,000 residential units, with a market capitalization exceeding $2.3 billion across the Mid-Atlantic region. His expertise spans a wide range of product types and jurisdictions, including high-rise, mid-rise, podium, and urban-wrap rental communities, as well as mixed-use urban condominium developments in Washington, DC.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia. He is deeply engaged in industry leadership, serving as Co-Chair of the DC Metro ULI Innovation and Technology Product Council, a multi-term Board Member of the Capital Riverfront BID, and an active member of NMHC.
VP of Construction - Mid-Atlantic Region
Rob Rodgers
Rob Rodgers joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2022 and is responsible for leading the firm’s construction activities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Rob has more than 24 years of experience in the design and construction of multifamily and commercial projects throughout the East Coast.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Rob worked for Bozzuto Construction, HITT Contracting, MG2 Architecture, and The Clark Construction Group. During this time, he directly managed or held an executive role in the construction of more than 3,700 multifamily units, in addition to various commercial projects totaling approximately $960 million.
Rob holds a B.A. in Architecture and M.S. in Construction Management from Virginia Tech.

Managing Director – Southeast Region
Elliot Howell
Elliot joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2025 to oversee the company’s development activities in the Carolinas and Atlanta. Elliot has over 15 years of diverse multifamily experience, with over $5 Billion in total transaction activity, including the development of over 2,500 units across the Southeast.
Prior to Trinsic, Elliot was a Principal at TriBridge Residential where he was involved in sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities for the firm. Prior experience includes working as a Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop, where he oversaw the Carolinas investment sales business, and as a Managing Director with Trammell Crow Residential in Atlanta.
Elliot received B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. He currently serves as a City Advisory Board Member for Entryway, a national housing industry non-profit organization.
Development Director - Southeast Region
Lewis Hobbs
Lewis joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2026 and oversees the company’s development and acquisition activities in the Carolinas.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Lewis worked at Mill Creek Residential Trust where he sourced and executed multifamily development opportunities in the Triangle Region of North Carolina. Previously, Lewis led sourcing, design, entitlement, and construction of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Raleigh, Durham, and Charleston for Kane Realty. Before his real estate career, Lewis was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
Lewis received a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. fromKenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
VP of Construction - Southeast Region
Steven Danna
Steven has been active in all aspects of construction management for the past 26 years. During this time he has been involved in a broad spectrum of projects, including multifamily, office, municipal, retail, hospitality and medical facilities. Steven joined Trinsic Residential Group in 2014 and has overseen construction projects in Texas and North Carolina. During his tenure with Trinsic, Steven managed projects totaling over 2,800 units with a total construction value of approximately $440 million.
Prior to joining Trinsic, Steven worked for Alliance Residential, C.F. Jordan and Ratcliff Constructors managing projects totaling 2,400 units and numerous commercial projects with a combined total value of approximately $300 million.
Steven earned a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University – College Station.

Managing Director – Southwest Region
Greg Nadeau
Greg Nadeau is the Managing Director of the Southwest Region at Trinsic Residential Group, bringing over 20 years of experience developing complex projects throughout Texas and the southwest. Greg takes a collaborative approach to development and is committed to delivering high-quality developments that create lasting value for residents, investors, and the communities they serve.
Prior to his current role at Trinsic, Greg was with StreetLight Residential where he led the Phoenix Development Team in similar capacities winning multiple Developer of the Year Awards from the Arizona Multihousing Association. Greg has been involved in the development of over 4,000 apartment units and several hundred thousand feet of commercial spaces representing over 2 billion dollars in total capitalization.
Greg earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He is actively involved in numerous industry organizations and community initiatives.
VP of Construction - Southwest Region
John Addison
John Addison joins Trinisic with over 30 years of experience in managing construction projects of all types. He has completed over 600,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and manufacturing projects and managed over 4,000 multi-family and senior housing units in multiple states with an estimated value of $650 million.
Prior to joining Trinisc, John worked with Alliance Residential, as Director of Construction. He was responsible for building and managing construction teams and overseeing multiple projects throughout Arizona and New Mexico.
John earned his B.S. in Business Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
